BE A VENDOR
The second annual Bucks County Book Festival (a Discover Doylestown event) will be held in Doylestown, Pennsylvania October 12th and 13th.
Vendor tables are available in limited supply for Sunday, October 13th, 2019 on Hamilton Street between East Oakland Avenue and East State Street between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
The Bucks County Book Festival is seeking vendors who are wishing to sell their works directly to readers, and organizations with a mission focus of literacy. Applications will be accepted until July 31, 2019.
The Book Festival committee will provide each vendor space with one (1) 6 foot table and two (2) chairs.
VENDOR BASICS

Vendor Table Cost: $150 for a 10 x 10 space

Vendors are NOT provided canopies, tents, additional chairs, cash boxes, or table cloths.

Vendor unloading areas are the intersection of Hamilton Street/ East Oakland Avenue or Hamilton Street/East State Street. No vehicles will be allowed on Hamilton Street. Parking information is provided in the Vendor Handbook supplied to successful applicants 1 week prior to the book festival.

Vendors are responsible for the security of their own products and valuables. It is recommended vendors work with at least one other person.

Vendors requesting preferred accommodations will present their requests at time fees are paid. The committee will seek to accommodate all requests.

Deadline for submission: July 31, 2019.
