Join us on Thursday, April 30th, at 7 pm at Salem United Church of Christ, located at 186 E Court St. in Doylestown, PA, for the 2026 Bucks County Book Festival’s thrilling capstone event, where bestselling and award-winning author Tessa Bailey will sit down with YA and adult contemporary romance writer Nisha Sharma to discuss her books, career, and future plans.

This is a ticketed event. All packages include at least one copy of Tessa’s latest book Catch Her If You Can: A Novel . Additional titles by both authors will be available for purchase at the event.

Doors open at 6:00 pm and the event will begin at 7:00 pm. Due to the limited space, attendees are encouraged to purchase their tickets early.

Tessa Bailey

Tessa Bailey aspires to three things. Writing hot and unforgettable, character-driven romance, being a good mother and eventually sneaking onto the judging panel on a reality show baking competition. She lives on Long Island, New York with her husband and daughter, writing all day and rewarding herself with a cheese plate and Netflix binges in the evening. If you want sexy, heartfelt, humorous romance with a guaranteed happy ending, you’ve come to the right place.

Nisha Sharma

Nisha Sharma, pronouns she/her, is a YA and adult contemporary romance writer living in the Philly suburbs with her Alaskan husband, and a plethora of animals named after characters in literature. Her books have been included in best-of lists by The New York Times, Entertainment Weekly, Cosmopolitan, The Washington Post, Time Magazine and more. Before she left the corporate world, Nisha spearheaded DEI initiatives at billion dollar companies. She has continued her advocacy work by fighting for marginalized authors in publishing. When she’s not writing about people of color experiencing radical joy or teaching about inclusivity, Nisha can be found hitting the books for her PhD in English and Social Justice.
