Applications are now OPEN for the Bucks County Book Fest Marketplace!

 

The Book Festival is accepting two types of vendors: Vendors and Community Partners. 

  • Vendors are vendors selling goods for sale. The Festival is especially interested in “bookish” items (such as book or literary themed gifts and goods), local artisans, grab-and-go snack foods, and family-friendly festival items. Exclusions: MLM businesses, resellers without original products, most services, and food vendors other than those listed above.

  • Community Partners are non-profit and other community organizations supporting literacy, education and other interests in line with the Festival’s mission. Community Partners may offer information and free family-friendly activities but may not sell any goods.

All applications are reviewed and accepted by a volunteer jury. Acceptance is solely the decision of the volunteer jury. To be considered, please review the guidelines and submit an application using the links below.

TIMELINE

Applications Open

Feb 2026

Applications will be open on February 19, 2026 and will be accepted through April 2, 2026. Vendors who register on or before March 7, 2026 will receive discounted pricing

Application Cost: FREE

Early Bird Registration

Ends March 7th 2026

Apply before March 7th to get the early bird price of $150 per vendor or $75 per community partner 

Standard Registration

Ends April 1st 2026

Apply after March 8th for the standard fee of $250 per vendor or $125 per community partner

Event

Saturday May 2nd

Setup begins at 7am 

Event Opens at 10am

Event Closes at 4pm
